Agreement between Customer and Vian Holiday
This Website is owned and operated by Vian Holiday. This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making reservations or transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. The term 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Vian Holiday. The term 'you' refers to the customer visiting the Website and booking a reservation on this Website or through our customer service agents.
Our Website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices outlined in the 'Terms of Use' or 'Agreement'. With access to this Website, booking any reservations for travel products or services on this Website or contacting our call center agents, you agree to the Terms of Use. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary for travel reservations booked through the Website, you agree not to modify, copy, transmit, perform, publish, license, transfer, sell or re-sell any information, products, or services obtained from this Website. Additionally, you may agree not to:
• Use Website or its contents for commercial purpose;
• Make speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or reserving in anticipation of demand;
• Access, monitor or copy content of the Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express permission;
• Violate restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this site or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Website;

If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Vian Holiday reserves the right to take any necessary legal action, and you may be liable for monetary losses to Vian Holiday including litigation costs and damages.
SUPPLIER RULES
Additional terms of use apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms of use carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the airline or other travel suppliers, which can be found on the vendor’s website. Airlines may cancel or reschedule your flight with or without any notice. You should check to the scheduled departure time ahead of travel. Vian Holiday shall not be responsible for or failure to inform you of, any cancelation of your flights, or changes in your flight schedule. To minimize the impact of your travel plans, you are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover travel disruption. Vian Holiday reserves rights to cancel your booking if full payment is not received on time. You acknowledge some hotel suppliers may need you to present the credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses during your stay. Customers may book a reservation for a combination of two one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip ticket. Combined one-way tickets provide a great choice of flights, are often cheaper and can be connected with the same airline or different carriers. Unlike roundtrip tickets, each one-way ticket is subject to rules, restrictions and fees. If your flight is affected (e.g. cancelation or rescheduling), it causes a Customer to make changes to the other plane; the Customer will be responsible for any fees incurred by making amendments to the perfect flight.
